Description

Sempervivum leucanthum belongs to the genus Sempervivum within the Crassulaceae family. This species is distributed across Bulgaria, Greece, and parts of former Yugoslavia. It was formally published in 1883 by the botanist Pančić. As a member of the Crassulaceae, it shares characteristics typical of the stonecress family, including fleshy leaves and compact growth forms. The species is part of a group of plants adapted to rocky and arid environments.
