Carya floridana, known as Scrub Hickory, is a small tree native to central Florida in the United States. It is part of the Juglandaceae family and was first described in 1913 by Sarg.

Carya floridana is a member of the genus Carya within the Juglandaceae family. It is native to central Florida and is not found naturally outside this region. This species was first published in 1913 by Sarg. It is commonly referred to as Scrub Hickory in English.
