Benstonea monticola, commonly known as scrub breadfruit, is a species in the family Pandanaceae. It is native to the rainforested regions of north-east Queensland, Australia.

Description

Benstonea monticola, also referred to as urchin-fruited pandan, is a plant species belonging to the Pandanaceae family. It is found specifically in the rainforested areas of north-east Queensland. The species was published in 2012 and is known by the common name scrub breadfruit in English.
