Sclerolaena eurotioides is a flowering plant in the Chenopodiaceae family, native to Western Australia. Initially described in 1869 by Ferdinand von Mueller under the name Echinopsilon eurotioides, it was reclassified into the genus Sclerolaena in 1978 by Andrew John Scott.

In 1978, Andrew John Scott reclassified the plant into the genus Sclerolaena, resulting in its current scientific name.
