Schoenoplectiella fohaiensis

Schoenoplectiella fohaiensis is a sedge species within the Cyperaceae family, known to occur in South-Central China and Vietnam. The scientific name was established in 2012 by Hayas, building upon the initial taxonomic work conducted by Tang and F.T. Wang. This species is part of the genus Schoenoplectiella, which includes various aquatic and semi-aquatic plants. Its geographic range is limited to the regions mentioned, and it remains a relatively recently described taxon in botanical literature.
