Scaphyglottis behrii is an orchid species in the Orchidaceae family, native to regions including Chocó, Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panamá, and Venezuela. It was first described in 1884 and is documented in the An Updated Checklist of the Orchidaceae of Honduras, with a voucher specimen collected by S. Blackmore & G. L. A. Heath in 1928 and housed at the Missouri Botanical Garden (MO).

Description

Scaphyglottis behrii is a member of the Orchidaceae family and is found across several Central and South American countries, including Chocó, Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panamá, and Venezuela. This species was formally described in 1884 and is referenced in the An Updated Checklist of the Orchidaceae of Honduras. A voucher specimen for the species, collected in 1928 by S. Blackmore and G. L. A. Heath, is preserved at the Missouri Botanical Garden (MO).
