Description

Scaevola auriculata, described by Benth. in 1868, is a member of the Goodeniaceae family. It is a perennial herb characterized by its elliptic to oblong, toothed leaves that clasp the stem. The plant bears blue or purple flowers and smooth, oval fruit. It is native to a restricted region in the south-west of Western Australia and exhibits a low-lying growth habit, often straggling or ascending.
