Yucca reverchonii, known as San Angelo Yucca, is a member of the Asparagaceae family. It is native to the Edwards Plateau region of Texas and several Mexican states, including Tamaulipas, Nuevo León, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Durango, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, and San Luís Potosí.

Description

Yucca reverchonii is a plant species in the Asparagaceae family, native to the Edwards Plateau in Texas and parts of northeastern Mexico. It is closely related to Y. rupicola Scheele and Y. thompsoniana Trel. The species was first described in 1912 by Trel. Its distribution includes Texas and several Mexican states, where it grows in its natural habitat. Commonly known as San Angelo Yucca, it is a part of the diverse Yucca genus.
