Description
Sacoglottis mattogrossensis is a member of the genus Sacoglottis, which belongs to the plant family Humiriaceae. This species has a wide distribution across the Amazon region and surrounding areas, including Brazil's Amazonas and Vichada, as well as the city of Leticia. Its presence is also recorded in Global and other parts of Brazil. The species was first published in 1928 under the authority of Malme.
