Pinus rzedowskii is a conifer species in the family Pinaceae, native to the Southwest region of Mexico. It was first described in 1969 by Madrigal and M.Caball. The species is known by the common name Rzedowski's Pine.

Description

Pinus rzedowskii is a member of the pine family, Pinaceae, and is indigenous to the Southwest part of Mexico. This species was formally published in 1969 by botanists Madrigal and M.Caball. It is named after the botanist Joseph Rzedowski and is commonly referred to as Rzedowski's Pine.
