Pleea tenuifolia, known as rush featherling, is a plant species in the Tofieldiaceae family. It was first described by Michx. in 1803. This species is native to the southeastern United States, occurring in Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Pleea tenuifolia is a member of the Tofieldiaceae family and is part of the genus Pleea. It is commonly referred to as rush featherling in English. The species was formally published in 1803 by the botanist Michx. Its geographic range is limited to the southeastern region of the United States, where it is found in the states of Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
