Description

Rhodiola heterodonta (Hook.f. & Thomson) Boriss. is a member of the Crassulaceae family and is found in a range of high-altitude regions across Afghanistan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Tibet, Uzbekistan, the West Himalaya, and Xinjiang. This species was first formally described in 1939. It belongs to the genus Rhodiola, which is known for its alpine and arctic adaptations.
