Rhipsalis oblonga is a species of the Cactaceae family, native to Brazil. It grows in subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and is at risk due to habitat loss.

Description

Rhipsalis oblonga, described by Loefgr. in 1918, is a member of the Cactaceae family. It is found in the northeastern and southeastern regions of Brazil and in Suriname. The species is endemic to Brazil and is threatened by the destruction of its natural habitat, which consists of subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
