Rheum webbianum is a herbaceous perennial plant in the Polygonaceae family, native to the southwestern Himalayan region. It is known in Indian English as Indian rhubarb, Gilgiti rhubarb, or small Himalayan rhubarb.

Description

Rheum webbianum, described by Royle in 1836, is a member of the genus Rheum within the family Polygonaceae. It is distributed across Nepal, Pakistan, Tibet, and the West Himalaya. This plant is part of the rhubarb-related group and is recognized by several regional names in English.
