Retiniphyllum secundiflorum, described by Bonpl. in 1806, is a species in the Rubiaceae family. It is native to the Guainía region of Colombia, specifically in the Parque Nacional Natural Serranía de Chiribiquete, as well as in northern Brazil and Venezuela.

Description

Retiniphyllum secundiflorum is a member of the Rubiaceae family, commonly known as the coffee family. It was first published in 1806 by Bonpl. The species is distributed across the Amazonian region of northeastern Colombia, particularly in the Parque Nacional Natural Serranía de Chiribiquete, and extends into northern Brazil and Venezuela. It is found in the Guainía department of Colombia, specifically in the municipality of Inírida. The species is associated with the Serranía de Chiribiquete area, a protected natural park known for its biodiversity.
