Renealmia pluriplicata is a species in the Zingiberaceae family, native to several countries in Central and South America.

Description

Renealmia pluriplicata, described by Maas in 1976, is a member of the Zingiberaceae family and the genus Renealmia. It is found in the Chocó region of Colombia, as well as in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Panama, and Peru. This species is part of a plant family commonly known as the ginger family, which includes a variety of aromatic and often ornamental plants.
