Quintinia serrata, known as tāwheowheo, is an evergreen tree species in the genus Quintinia. It is native to New Zealand and was first described in 1839 by A.Cunn.

Description

Quintinia serrata is a tree species belonging to the family Paracryphiaceae. It is found in the North of New Zealand and is not naturally distributed elsewhere. The species was formally published in 1839 by A.Cunn. As a member of the genus Quintinia, it shares characteristics with other species in this group. It is recognized by its serrated leaf margins and is part of New Zealand's native flora.
