Pyrola nephrophylla

Pyrola nephrophylla is a member of the Ericaceae family, a group of flowering plants commonly known as the heath or Ericaceae family. It is part of the genus Pyrola, which includes several species of herbaceous perennials. The species was formally published in 1913 by the botanist Andres. Its natural distribution is limited to Japan and the Kuril Islands, where it grows in suitable habitats. As with other members of the genus, it likely thrives in moist, shaded environments typical of its native range.
