Pseudoconnarus macrophyllus

Pseudoconnarus macrophyllus belongs to the Connaraceae family and is distributed across several Amazonian regions. It is documented in Colombia's Amazonas, Caquetá, Chocó, Guainía, Santander, Valle, Vaupés, and Vichada departments, as well as in Brazil, Guyana, Peru, and Venezuela. Specific locations include the Parque Nacional Natural Serranía de Chiribiquete, Parque Nacional Natural Río Puré, and Reserva Nacional Natural Nukak. The species was first published in 1901 under the authorship of Radlk., with the original name credited to Poepp.
