Prosthechea ochracea (Lindl.) W.E.Higgins is a species in the Orchidaceae family, found in regions including Mexico, Central America, and parts of South America. It was published in 1998 and is documented in the An Updated Checklist of the Orchidaceae of Honduras with voucher D. Mejía 463 (EAP, MO).

Description

Prosthechea ochracea is a member of the Orchidaceae family and is native to Mexico and several Central American countries, including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and parts of Mexico such as the Central, Gulf, Southeast, and Southwest regions. The species was published in 1998 and is referenced in the An Updated Checklist of the Orchidaceae of Honduras, with a voucher specimen collected by D. Mejía (specimen number 463, housed at EAP and MO herbaria).
