Prosthechea neurosa is a species in the Orchidaceae family, native to Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico Southeast. It was first described in 1998 by W.E. Higgins, based on the work of Ames. A voucher specimen for this species is documented as J. B. Edwards 351 (AMES).

Description

Prosthechea neurosa is a member of the Orchidaceae family and is found in the countries of Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, and the southeastern region of Mexico. The species was formally described in 1998 by W.E. Higgins, building upon earlier contributions by Ames. A voucher specimen for this orchid is recorded under the identifier J. B. Edwards 351 (AMES), providing a reference for taxonomic verification.
