Priva adhaerens (Forssk.) Chiov. is a species in the Verbenaceae family, native to various regions in Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. It is found in Angola, Botswana, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, KwaZulu-Natal, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Northern Provinces, Somalia, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

Description

Priva adhaerens (Forssk.) Chiov. belongs to the Verbenaceae family, commonly known as the verbena family. This species is distributed across a wide range of African countries and the Arabian Peninsula, including Angola, Botswana, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, KwaZulu-Natal, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Northern Provinces, Somalia, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. The species was first described in 1923.
