Prescottia lancifolia

Prescottia lancifolia belongs to the genus Prescottia within the Orchidaceae family, one of the largest families of flowering plants. This species is distributed in the Southeast and South regions of Brazil. The scientific name was first published by John Lindley in 1840. As an orchid, it is part of a diverse and ecologically significant group of plants found primarily in tropical and subtropical regions.
