Polycarpaea repens is a herbaceous plant in the Caryophyllaceae family. It is native to arid and semi-arid regions of North Africa, the Arabian Peninsula, and parts of South Asia.

Description

Polycarpaea repens, described in 1889 by Asch. & Schweinf. ex Asch., is a low-growing herb found in Algeria, Chad, Egypt, Gulf States, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Sinai, Sudan, Tunisia, and Yemen. It is a member of the Caryophyllaceae family and is adapted to dry environments.
