Phyllostachys mannii is a bamboo species in the family Poaceae, native to regions in China, Myanmar, and India. It was first described by Gamble in 1896.

Description

Phyllostachys mannii is a member of the grass family, Poaceae, and is found in several Chinese provinces including Guizhou, Henan, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Xizang, Yunnan, and Zhejiang, as well as in Myanmar and India. The species was formally published in 1896 by Gamble. It belongs to the genus Phyllostachys, which includes many temperate bamboo species.
