Dillenia philippinensis, known as Philippine dillenia or katmon, is a flowering plant in the Dilleniaceae family. It is endemic to the Philippines and is used for urban greening. The plant produces a fruit called the elephant apple. It is found in low to medium altitude forests across the country but does not tolerate cold upland climates.
