Petrophile scabriuscula, described by Meisn. in 1845, is a shrub in the Proteaceae family. It is found only in Western Australia and is characterized by its dense, prickly structure, with leaves that are sharply pointed and pressed against the branchlets. The plant produces oval-shaped flower heads with hairy, yellow to creamy-yellow flowers.
