Persoonia quinquenervis is a flowering plant in the Proteaceae family, native to the south-west of Western Australia. It is an upright, spreading shrub with hairy young branchlets and leaves that are twisted linear, lance-shaped, narrow oblong, or narrow spatula-shaped. The plant produces bright yellow flowers in groups of up to ten on a rachis that may grow up to 60 mm (2.4 in) in length and continues to elongate after flowering.

Description

Persoonia quinquenervis, described by Hook. in 1841, is a member of the Proteaceae family and is found exclusively in the south-west region of Western Australia. The shrub features young branchlets covered in hair and leaves that vary in shape from twisted linear to narrow spatula-shaped. Its flowers are bright yellow and are arranged in clusters of up to ten on a rachis that can reach 60 mm (2.4 in) in length. The rachis continues to grow after the flowering stage. This species is part of the genus Persoonia, which includes a range of shrubs native to Australia.
