Persoonia procumbens is a prostrate shrub in the Proteaceae family, endemic to the New England Tableland in Australia. It features fleshy, large leaves and small clusters of cylindrical yellow flowers. It is similar to P. daphnoides but can be distinguished by its darker hairs on young branches and smaller, less hairy flowers.

Description

Persoonia procumbens, described by L.A.S. Johnson and P.H. Weston in 1991, is a member of the Proteaceae family. It is found only in New South Wales, Australia. The plant is characterized by its prostrate growth habit, fleshy leaves, and small, yellow cylindrical flowers arranged in small groups. It is closely related to P. daphnoides but differs in the coloration and density of hairs on its young branches and flowers.
