Palisota mannii is a species in the family Commelinaceae, native to several countries in central and western Africa. It was first described in 1881 by C.B. Clarke.

Description

Palisota mannii belongs to the genus Palisota within the botanical family Commelinaceae. It is naturally distributed across a range of African countries, including Burundi, Cabinda, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, the Gulf of Guinea Islands, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zaïre. The species was formally published in 1881 by the botanist C.B. Clarke.
