Pachyphytum compactum, also called little jewel, is a flowering plant in the Crassulaceae family. It was first described by Rose in 1911 and is native to the Northeast region of Mexico and the state of BR.

Pachyphytum compactum is a member of the Crassulaceae family, commonly known as the stonecrops. The species was published in 1911 by Rose. It is naturally distributed in the Northeast of Mexico and in the BR region. This plant is part of the genus Pachyphytum, which includes other succulent species known for their fleshy leaves and compact growth forms.
