Olax psittacorum

Olax psittacorum is a tree species belonging to the genus Olax and the family Olacaceae. It is indigenous to the islands of Mauritius and Réunion. The species was first described in 1805. Its natural range is limited to these regions, and it is currently at risk due to the degradation and loss of its native habitats.
