Description

Ochradenus baccatus, described by Delile in 1813, is a member of the Resedaceae family. It is distributed across several countries, including Chad, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gulf States, India, Iran, Kuwait, Libya, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Sinai, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen. This shrub thrives in arid and semi-arid environments, often in disturbed areas and desert depressions. Its leafless green branches and the presence of yellow flowers followed by white berries are notable features.
