Ochna kirkii is a shrub or small tree in the Ochnaceae family, native to East Africa and introduced elsewhere as an ornamental. It has greyish bark and was first described in 1868.

Description

Ochna kirkii (Oliv.) is a member of the Ochnaceae family and is native to regions including Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania, and the Seychelles. It has also been introduced to other areas, such as São Miguel Island, South Carolina, and parts of India, as an ornamental plant. This shrub or small tree is characterized by its greyish bark. It was first described in 1868.
