Nymphaea heudelotii is a waterlily species native to the Afrotropical region, occurring in countries from West Africa to Uganda and Botswana. It was first described in 1853 by Planch.

Description

Nymphaea heudelotii belongs to the family Nymphaeaceae and is found in tropical regions including Angola, Botswana, Central African Republic, Congo, Gabon, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Rwanda, Senegal, Uganda, Zambia, and Zaïre. This aquatic plant is adapted to freshwater habitats and is part of the genus Nymphaea, which includes various waterlily species.
