Brachychiton diversifolius, known as northern kurrajong, is a small tree in the Malvaceae family. It is native to northern Australia, including Northern Territory, Queensland, and Western Australia, and has a global distribution. Previously classified in the Sterculiaceae family, it was reclassified into Malvaceae. The species was first described in 1844 by Robert Brown.
