Nepenthes viridis is a tropical pitcher plant species native to the Philippines, found in coastal lowland areas on Dinagat, Samar, and nearby islets. It was first described in 2013 and is closely related to the N. alata species group.

Description

Nepenthes viridis belongs to the genus Nepenthes in the family Nepenthaceae. It is endemic to the Philippines and is known from coastal regions at low elevations. The species is closely associated with the N. alata group. It was formally published in 2013 by Micheler, Gronem., Wistuba, Marwinski, W.Suarez, and Amoroso.
