Nepenthes rhombicaulis is a tropical pitcher plant native to Sumatra. It belongs to the family Nepenthaceae and was first described by Sh.Kurata in 1973.

Description

The species name rhombicaulis is derived from the Latin words rhombicus, meaning 'rhomboid,' and caulis, meaning 'stem,' describing the rhomboid cross-sectional shape of its stem internodes. It is found in Southern Asia, particularly on the island of Sumatera.
