Nepenthes mikei is a tropical pitcher plant native to Sumatra, distinguished by its black mottled lower and upper pitchers. It was first described in 1995 by Salmon and Maulder and belongs to the genus Nepenthes in the family Nepenthaceae.

Description

Nepenthes mikei is a species of carnivorous plant found in Sumatra. It is characterized by the black mottling on both its lower and upper pitchers. The plant is part of the Nepenthaceae family and is closely related to other species such as N. angasanensis and N. tobaica. It was formally described in 1995 by Salmon and Maulder.
