Nepenthes hamiguitanensis is a tropical pitcher plant species native to a single peak on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines. It grows at elevations between 1,200 and 1,600 meters. Initially considered a natural hybrid between N. micramphora and N. peltata, it is now recognized as a species of possible hybridogenic origin. The plant produces squat upper pitchers with variable pigmentation, ranging from red speckled to yellow.

Nepenthes hamiguitanensis belongs to the genus Nepenthes in the family Nepenthaceae. It is found exclusively in the Southern Asia region, specifically in the Philippines. The species was formally described in 2010 by Gronem., Wistuba, V.B. Heinrich, S. McPherson, Mey, and V.B. Amoroso. This plant is notable for its distinct pitchers and is confined to a narrow geographic range on Mindanao.
