Nepenthes bokorensis is a tropical pitcher plant species found only in Cambodia. It is primarily known from Mount Bokor in the southern part of the country, with potential occurrences in other areas of the Dâmrei Mountains in Kampot Province. The species name bokorensis is derived from Mount Bokor and Bokor National Park.

Description

Nepenthes bokorensis is a member of the Nepenthaceae family and belongs to the genus Nepenthes. It was first described in 2009 by Mey. This species is restricted to the southern regions of Cambodia, with the primary known location being Mount Bokor. An undetermined specimen hints at the possibility of its presence in other parts of the Dâmrei Mountains in Kampot Province. The name bokorensis is a reference to the geographical origin of the species, specifically Mount Bokor and the associated Bokor National Park.
