Navarretia intertexta, known as needle-leaved navarretia, is a flowering plant in the family Polemoniaceae. It was first described in 1837 by Hook. and is native to a wide range across North America, including regions such as British Columbia, California, Arizona, and parts of the United States and Mexico.

Description

This species is found in various habitats across its range, which includes areas in the western and central United States and Canada. Navarretia intertexta is a member of the Polemoniaceae family, commonly referred to as the phlox family. It is characterized by its needle-like leaves and is known by the common name needleleaf pincushionplant. The species has a broad distribution, occurring in regions such as Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Saskatchewan, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and Washington.
