Thamnobryum neckeroides, known as Necker's thamnobryum moss, is a species of moss in the family Neckeraceae. It was described by E. Lawton in 1971, based on earlier work by Hooker.

Description

Thamnobryum neckeroides is a moss species belonging to the genus Thamnobryum and the family Neckeraceae. It is distributed in the Nordic (NO) and Southeastern (SE) regions. This species is part of a group of mosses that are commonly found in a variety of habitats, often in moist environments. The scientific name was published in 1971 by E. Lawton, who revised the earlier classification by Hooker.
