Pycnanthemum tenuifolium, known as Narrow-Leaf Mountain-Mint, is a perennial herb in the Lamiaceae family. It is native to central and eastern North America and was first described in 1809 by Schrad.

Description

Pycnanthemum tenuifolium is a member of the mint family (Lamiaceae) and is found in regions such as Ontario, Quebec, Vermont, Alabama, and many others across North America. It is also referred to as slender mountainmint, common horsemint, or Virginia thyme. This plant is a perennial herbaceous species that is native to central and eastern parts of North America.
