Arctostaphylos montereyensis, known as Monterey manzanita, is a species of manzanita in the Ericaceae family. It is native to Monterey County, California, and found in maritime chaparral habitats on sandy soils, particularly around Fort Ord and Toro County Park near Salinas. The species was described by Hoover in 1964.

Description
