Encephalartos hildebrandtii, known as the Mombasa Cycad, is a cycad species in the family Zamiaceae. It is native to Kenya and Tanzania, growing at elevations up to 600 metres. The species was named after the German explorer Johann Maria Hildebrandt and was first described in 1874 by A. Braun and C.D. Bouché.
