Minuartia glomerata is a species in the Caryophyllaceae family, commonly known as carnations or carnation family. It was first described in 1910 by Degen, based on earlier work by M.Bieb. The plant is native to several regions in Europe and parts of Asia, including Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Great Britain, FR, Albania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Krym, the North Caucasus, Romania, Turkey-in-Europe, Turkey, Ukraine, and Yugoslavia.

Description

Minuartia glomerata is a member of the Caryophyllaceae family, which is a widespread group of flowering plants. The species is found in a range of European and Eurasian countries, indicating a broad distribution across temperate regions. Its presence in both Western and Eastern Europe, as well as in parts of the Caucasus and Turkey, suggests a preference for a variety of habitats within these regions. The species has been documented in the scientific literature since 1910, following its formal description by Degen, building upon the earlier taxonomic work of M.Bieb.
