Micrantheum serpentinum is a flowering plant species in the Picrodendraceae family, native to north-western Tasmania. It is a straggly, monoecious shrub characterized by oblong to narrowly egg-shaped leaves and yellowish to greenish flowers.

Description

Micrantheum serpentinum, known as western tridentbush, is a shrub species endemic to Tasmania. It belongs to the Picrodendraceae family and was described by Orchard in 1991. The plant has oblong to narrowly egg-shaped leaves and produces yellowish to greenish flowers. It is a monoecious shrub with a straggly growth habit.
