Betula michauxii is a species of birch native to Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Quebec, and Saint Pierre and Miquelon. It is a perennial herb belonging to the Betulaceae family.

Description

Betula michauxii, known as Michaux's birch, is a member of the Betula genus in the Betulaceae family. It is found in regions including Labrador, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, and globally. This species was first described in 1841 by Spach. It is a low-growing, perennial herb that thrives in its native range.
