Description
Cirsium heterophyllum is an upright, spineless flowering plant in the Asteraceae family. It is native to regions including Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Austria, the Baltic States, Belarus, and parts of Russia and Central Asia. It typically grows in upland meadows, grasslands, along roadsides, and in open woodlands. The species was first described in 1768 by L. and later reclassified by Hill.
